Sleep is a better way to relax. Everyone needs sleep. Sleep is a great way to energize yourself.

Here are 10 tips on how to sleep better and soundly :

1. Clean yourself before going to sleep.

2. Wear loose clothes made from soft fabric.

3. Make sure that the air circulation is good in your bedroom.

4. Head should lay higher than other parts of the body.

5. Foot relaxation could be done by placing both of your feet on a higher position.

6. Lay your head on a pillow that secures your head position. It must not be too low or too high.

7. Sleep on a comfortable mattress that is good for your back.

8. Take off all the assesories from your ears, hand, neck, etc.

9. Lay on your back.

10. Don't forget to pray.
